The apartments are intended for a peaceful holiday. Parties and disruptive gatherings are not permitted.
Registered guests only
Only guests included in the reservation may stay overnight unless agreed with us in advance.
When leaving the apartment
Please close windows and doors, switch off lights and unnecessary air conditioning, and keep the apartment secure.
Keep things tidy
Please dispose of rubbish responsibly and leave common areas clean for other guests.
Report problems promptly
If something is damaged or not working properly, please let us know as soon as possible so we can help.
Balcony safety
Please supervise children on balconies and around stairs, and do not sit or climb on balcony railings.
